Bi-monthly service is designed for high pest pressure. We may recommend it when the home is heavily wooded, sits near a pond or wetlands, experiences significant recurring ant problems, or when someone in the household has a strong sensitivity to insects. Some homeowners also prefer the extra peace of mind that comes with more frequent monitoring.
During the initial inspection, your technician will explain what they are seeing and recommend the service interval needed to maintain control. If quarterly coverage is right for the property, that is what we will recommend.
Keep Your Exclusion Warranty Active
If D&K completed a rodent or wildlife exclusion service at your property, your exclusion warranty remains active while you stay enrolled in a quarterly or bi-monthly pest control plan.
The standard exclusion warranty is one year and can still be renewed without a pest control plan. Enrollment simply helps maintain continuous protection while our technicians continue monitoring the property during scheduled pest control visits.
