Correcting an unfinished ridge-vent failure
An exposed ridge slot had been covered only with underlayment. Squirrels chewed through it and gained attic access. The project required animal removal, roof-system correction, and wildlife-resistant reinforcement.
Underlayment covered an unfinished ridge opening, leaving material animals could chew through.
Trapping and monitoring confirmed the animals were addressed before the roofline was closed.
The damaged material was removed and Cobra® ridge ventilation was installed correctly.

D&K exclusion services normally include a one-year warranty that can be renewed. For qualifying exclusion work, remaining an active quarterly or bi-monthly pest-control client can keep the exclusion warranty active.
